Converse. Claim. Create.
The DesignEye project centers around the use of an Augmented Reality enabled iOS app to index and annotate the work of creators in and around Lancaster Pennsylvania. DesignEye users can converse with other designers, claim their publicly visible works, and create new works visible through the lens of AR. Featured design artifacts are user-contributed and curated. DesignEye users are encouraged to engage with fellow users in the DesignEye community to cultivate design literacy. Additionally, the app enables users to plant “virtual” flags and take credit for their publicly visible work. Finally, users can also display projects using augmented reality and annotate them as well. Encouraged annotations include process, inspiration, typefaces used, etc.
Designing an AI powered enterprise assistant
I served as the Design Lead for Google Cymbal, an enterprise search and assistant platform powered by Gemini AI that helps organizations access, organize, and understand their data efficiently. It enables employees to quickly find relevant information in context—whether it’s upcoming meetings, key documents, or expert contacts—through natural language queries and intelligent prompts. The platform supports multiple departments such as sales, marketing, customer support, IT, and data analysis, with seamless integration across 100+ data connectors including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack.

Designed for personalization
Although Cymbalymbal as for internal use at Google, the ultimate goal was to create an enterprise powered assistant as a product that could personalized with the brand elements of an orgnization.
