Neighborhoods of Historic Oldtown Pocatello Corporate Identity

Since 2007, we have provided design and print for numerous campaigns for government entities, housing commissions, and nonprofits through marketing firm, Sagesse Inc. A recent example is an economic development branding campaign for Pocatello’s Old Town district. Pocatello, Idaho is comprised of five distinct neighborhoods, but consistency was needed along with the launch of a fresh new look. We researched the neighborhoods for salient features that could be interpreted as logos. Landscapes, historic features such as bridges, and amenities such as bike trails were graphically explored, illustrated, refined, and designed. The finished individual logos were then combined into an “umbrella” logo encompassing all five neighborhoods. Upon completion of the branding, a comprehensive logo standards and usage guide was prepared, as well.
