Downton Abbey fans should mark March 1 on their calendars. That’s when an exhibition of more than 40 costumes from the Emmy-winning PBS series go on view at Winterthur Museum and Gardens in Wilmington, Delaware. Established by the du Ponts, Winterthur was something of an American version of Downton, and du Pont family heirlooms will be displayed alongside the costumes, which will include pieces worn by Lady Edith, Lady Sybil, Lady Mary, and other characters. The show runs through January 4, 2015.
