This year's Artscape may have been a scorcher, but that didn't deter hundreds of thousands of spectators from flocking to Mt. Vernon and Station North to revel in the visual wonders that accompany America's largest free arts festival. Festival-goers cooled down with water-themed exhibits, danced to concerts on the main stage, stopped to admire impromptu performances in the streets, and delighted in the colors of works from more than 150 artists. Without further ado, here are some of our favorite photos that captured the energy at the 34th annual Artscape.
